In order to ensure the best possible experience for you, we do everything to mitigate any risk during your online experience with us.
All orders placed on our set are scheduled for shipping immediately. Orders placed cannot be canceled. Please take the time to ensure your order is correct before checking out. Please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible, so we may do our very best to address any mistakes.
In the unlikely event, an item has been damaged during shipping, we will send out a replacement to the original address. We will cover your loss if your package is lost or stolen during shipment.
Refunds or Cancellations are not offered because of situations we are not in control of.
If you would like to process a return or exchange, Lorenzo Ladena Customer Support must be notified within 14 days of delivery of your item. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size.
The item(s) must be shipped by the customer, unused and in the condition you received them. Once the item(s) has arrived at the Lorenzo Ladena processing center, we will send the requested exchanged item to the original address. Returns will be issued store credit.
